My wife and I have worked with Nick Dupont in the summer of 2018 to purchase our final home. Nick found several homes that were great, but we were looking for what I was calling our "unicorn home." We found it, the unicorn home, only to have it taken off the market within 13 hours of listing. This missed opportunity was like having someone punch… you in the gut; our motivation to search for another home was tough for us. Nick assured us that we would find the right home and we continued our search. Then a miracle, the house that was snatched up went back on the market, the deal fell through

We purchased our home with DRE in 2013. Nick went over and above to treat us right and find the home we were looking for. He twice put us up for a weekend while we were in town searching and drove us all over… looking at only houses in our budget that fit our needs and requirements. We worked with Dupont Realestate to sell my Dad's house. It was a great experience! They sold it before it even went on the market! My Dad was in the VA hospital in Sturgis while we were selling the house, Alicen drove there to get papers signed. When my Dad got out she drove him around to finalize everything.
