Asbestos and other dangerous substances require skilled, experienced handling during the removal process. Your standard demolition company doesn't have the training to capably manage the asbestos abatement process. I have a home from 1849 that had an old oil furnace with asbestos insulation on the pipes. I called Retro and Pete was able to come out in less than two days and give me a very reasonable estimate. Felix, Erica, and the team showed up on time, went right to work, worked straight through lunch until after 2pm, and took out 45 bags of brick, rock, asbestos, pipe, cast iron, and more and left me with a basement that I still can't believe is the same basement. It passed the air quality test that same day, and I am left with a home and basement that is now safe for my two year-old and my tenants. Felix
