The man was very unprofessional from the moment he answered the phone. He asked me in a very unfriendly way if there were puddles where I wanted to be picked up. Starting spouted that he has nice vehicles and didn't want to get them dirty. I was beyond disbelief. He started to say he didn't want to come and I just hung up on him. Will never call again and would not recommend this taxi service to anyone. Would rather walk.

Refuse to transport any elderly, Richard was very rude. This richard called our facility the day after the family set transport with his company 1hour before her appointment yelling and screaming at us that we get paid enough we should take her. Well if you are in a transport business should you transport. People do not use this business they discriminate who they pickup, if you are the elderly they won't pick you up if you are over 75+. I am all for uber after this experience.

Called this morning, and was told they would have a van for 6 people available tonight, and to call back at 6pm. It's my dad's birthday, and we just wanted to get him to his birthday dinner. Called back at 6pm as directed, and began to get the, the west coast is busy and where all the money is at, why did you wait so long to call for a ride?

Had to cancel cab because my sister surprised me and picked me up. When I called to cancel, which I thought was a nice thing to do, the man screamed at me like I did it on purpose just to mess with him. I have just recently started using a cab, because my truck broke down. Told him I would never call again! If you need a cab call National. They are awesome. They are on time, and every driver I've met has been very nice!

Critical: Professionalism
Taxi came and was higher in cost then other cabs I use for same run. When I question the driver why that was, he said there was a minimum fee and they had a higher rate per mile then the other taxi services. But the dispatcher when I called never informed me of this. Not very professional!

My wife and I were going on our first cruise. Through our travel agent we booked a shuttle from our hotel to the port in Port Canaveral. We were picked up by a driver named Brandi. She was right on time to pick us up, helped us load the vehicle, she was extremely friendly, got us right where we needed to go on time and also made sure that she was the driver that picked us up when we got back into Florida. Driving us back to our hotel to get our car she asked us how our trip was and was really friendly and courteous. She drove us directly to our car when we got back to our hotel. And helped us unload

I booked (prepaid $250 round trip) this transportation company as a way to get to and from Sanford International Airport to our hotel on Cocoa beach. When our plane landed Rocky was there just like he said he'd be. Very safe driver and super friendly. He Had us laughing the whole way and the 1.5 hour drive flew by.
When it was time to return home our flight got cancelled and the only way home was a flight two hours earlier. I called to explain the situation. Unfortunately, there wasn't a driver available at 5am on short notice and we ended up calling a taxi. After another $100 we got to the airport
