Cool Limo updates all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane lands, no matter whether you arrive late or early provided we have a correct flight number. No, the bars are not stocked however it can be provided upon request; and depending upon your reservation, we will provide additional pricing and accommodate certain requests.
From the time i made my reservation and speaking with the customer service person my experience was very pleasant. Prices are very reasonable, I spoke with a very nice person over the phone. The day of pick up for my bachelorette party the red charger that I rented was very nice, clean, and the driver was very professional.

The limo that arrived outside my home was a red charger as promised however, it was not in mint condition. The limo desperately needed a paint job. It is obvious that the limo remains outside with exposure to the elements. The limo was faded and dirty. The interior was not any better. The car had an odor, the radio did not work nor did the phone. The only way to communicate with the driver was by knocking on the glass. Hence, the driver would have to stop and come around back to address our needs. The air vent was broken (see pic) and the wine glasses were dirty (see pics). I contacted the owner

My Response to Owner.....
During my entire conversation with the owner, I never asked for a refund. I only pointed out the discrepancies with the driver, the bus and he immediately assumed I wanted a refund. Not the case!!!!
I can truly understand the passion the owner has for his business because it is his livelihood. The only reason why I gave a negative comment is because of the disrespect and issues with the bus. Additionally, I am in the customer service business so I acknowledge great service and poor service as well. As far as the credit card issue, the only reason it did not process 3

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! If I could give them 0 stars. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked them. First I get a call that says I've been "upgraded" to the red charger. The driver called and said she's running 15 minutes late. 35 minutes later she drove by our house and took 5 minutes to turn around. We were transporting the groom and best man so they had to Uber to get to the wedding on time. When she showed up she made no apology, she asked where the groom is and said " tell everyone he's not coming, that will buy him time". The car looked like the

On Sept. 28th, we rented a Limo from this company. It was our wedding day. Before we went to church for our vows, we wanted to stop by and take pictures at a resort. After taking pictures we came out and the Driver had locked the keys in the car. We ended up taking an Uber to our Church. Then we found out that the Limo had over heated and it was broken down. It has been over 30 days and we have yet to see our refund. I think its time we take this company to court. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. THE LIMOS ARE OLD AND BEAT UP. Not to mention these people are not ethical at all.

I booked for my wedding and the cars were late they didn't even know where Disney springs was and the limo driver dropped us off in middle of a car park which was a good ten mins walk from my reception, and the cars were absolutely disgusting , dirty ripped seats and awful! Great experience! We got a party bus for my daughter's prom. Talked to Sam who worked with me on our budget, was professional and had great communication throughout the whole process! The driver was awesome and right on time in picking the kids up. The party bus was clean and super cool-carried 24 kids to their prom. I highly recommend using this company-service all the way around was wonderful and they had the best pricing too!

The service was great! The driver was very personable, experienced as well as exceptionally informative when it came to recommending local hot spots! In addition, the red charger limousine was a super nice touch. I would totally recommend this limousine and this service for a group, especially if you are interested in a change from the traditional limousine services. If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked over 3 week's in advance to transport 25 kids from my daughters Bat Mitzvah service to the party venue. I got a call the morning of the event stating that 1 out of 3 bus limos in inventory had broken down the night previous and that the other two were booked for the entire day. If I could "change the time" they could fulfill my contract. Obviously I couldn't change the time. I was told that there was a big homecoming event and "EVERYTHING IN ORLANDO IS BOOKED". Booked a trip with this company for 2/19/2017. I had to cancel it, and they claimed they would refund me. Called yesterday on 3/2/2017 and he said they refunded me and that he would call me back in an hour with a reference number. Well, no call back and still no refund. Thank god for charge backs. I called my card company to cancel the charge. Based on this and other reviews I have read, I will not call them again.

Stay far away from this company. Booked them for 7 hours which should have been more than we needed but wanted to make sure we weren't rushed. First they arrived at our first pick up 35 minutes late. The driver called to apologize stating that it was his first time driving and he was about 5 minutes away (really 35 away). The dispatch then called right after and lied, saying that there was an accident on the Turnpike that shut down the turnpike. Well, the driver just told me otherwise, so why lie... anyway, dispatch said that he would be only 5-10 mins late.. Then the driver called

I used Cool Limos 4 Less for a group trip to the Orlando City Soccer game last Sunday night. They were very easy to deal with and had a great vehicle - a Hummer H2 Limo. The driver arrived on time and was extremely courteous and friendly. The ride to the game was awesome, and we scored a premium parking spot which we needed because it rained heavily during and after the game. The driver even had extra umbrellas to help us through the rain. I can't wait to use this service again for our next event and highly recommend them.

The prices at Payless Transportation, seemed too good to be true... well they are! They should call it GET-LESS Transportation. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with.
We booked an airport transfer to and from our hotel for our vacation. Our confirmation email said that the driver would meet us with a sign in front of baggage claim. Upon arrival, we retrieved our bags and happily waited, excited to begin our vacation, almost 15 minutes past pick up time, no sign of our driver. So, we called to see what the issue was. We were (rudely) informed that we needed to haul all our luggage downstairs

I diligently searched for a reasonable way to get from orlando airport to Universal Studios and thought I had found the perfect solution. Payless offered round trip limo transportation for $80 and their website said a $5.00 coupon was available for use on roundtrip reservations. The drivers were polite and the cars were clean. The problem arose when I arrived home and checked my credit card and found that I had been billed $95 instead of the promised $75.
