The establishment is kept very clean. Every few minutes they are sanitizing everything people touch. They have a covid protocol that I must say , I have never seen anywhere . If you need to feel safe and have a clean environment especially now go here. The Dentist and staff are very caring and try to accommodate you. First impression last the longest . Now my children will come her . Thank you all for caring. Your not just A Dentist office . You guys are more . They have a great Team of workers .

I was a patient at Ramapo dental for years (always saw de. Urcioli, he was the best!). Most recently had a cavity so I scheduled an appointment for my filling. I have an amalgam filling already but I asked for composite. Dr. Chicetti informed me that I should have my other fillings changed to composite because they're so "unsightly." I absolutely LOVE this dentist's office...the entire office staff is warm, caring & friendly, the out of pocket cost is reasonable, it's a deal for the exceptional care you get here, the hygienists have amazing hands (especially Denise - her skill is unmatched) I've been going to this dental office since childhood, for decades now...and I can honestly say that I love going to the dentist because I go to Ramapo Dental. To start this place is amazing! I'm a truck driver from California and am currently in the area for work, a few weeks ago I cracked my tooth (molar) in Louisiana I was going to wait till I made it back to San Diego to get it fixed FYI I am prior military (Iraq vet) so my insurance (medical and dental) covers me only in my home town?!?! I live in NYC now, but travel back to Suffern because I've been going to Drs. Gusmano and Fagan for so long and they really are the BEST!!!
They're flexible with appointments and their office staff knows all of the patients by name... it really does have a family feel.
I don't normally post on yelp, but after reading the young lady's post below, I just couldn't help it! Sounds like there must have been a misunderstanding there because all of my family and friends rave about this place!

Made an appointment here on the recommendation of a family member. I came in for my appointment and gave them my dental insurance card and told them that this would be the first time I was using my dental card and to let me know if they had any issues processing it. They told me that my insurance wouldn't be active until 2 weeks from the point that I was trying to make my follow up appointment for, and that we would need to make it for after that two week time.
