Ramsey Financial Services provides incredibly poor customer service. They acquired our policy when they bought out another agent and collected our premiums for over 3 years without as much as a call to evaluate our insurance needs.
When we needed their help the most after a fire in a structure we had insured, they went out of their way to treat us poorly, did not return calls, ignored us, attempt to pass the blame that our policy was written incorrectly years ago, and never attempted help us navigate the claims process.
