I can't say enough good about Shawn, Janice, and the rest of the crew. I have been a customer for probably 2 decades and have never been disappointed in my insurance or customer service. Janice should be teaching customer service and Shawn is lucky to have her on his team. I bought a camper out of state called up and within minutes I was assured I'd be cover for the trip home. I had some problems when traveling and Janice stepped right in and reassured me there was no worries. Shawn personally stopped by my home that day and my claim was immediately filed and resolved. Shawn Mason and his team are top notch!! My son recently had an accident in his vehicle in a state far from home. There were many complicating factors involved in our claim which took about three days to work out. Shawn was personally involved in many hours of research and communication navigating through the kinks. He continually kept me updated on the status of the claim and he had our best interests at heart through the entire process! He went above and beyond for us!
