Success Rehabilitation's Residential Rehabilitation Program offers a 21-bed facility for those who cannot safely live alone, with family or other support persons. The program provides a range of integrated therapies, including neurocognitive day therapy at varying levels of intensity up to 8 hours a day, six days a week.
Success Rehabilitation's Structured Day NeuroCognitive Treatment Program enables a continuation of recovery and rehabilitation for people with acquired and traumatic brain injury. The full-day program continues our client's rehabilitation track from an inpatient setting, or from the community, and provides ongoing assessment and therapeutic intervention.
The Home and Community Services at Success Rehabilitation are person-centered, focusing on the individuals' desires, needs, and personal goals to help clients who experienced brain injuries and other neurological impairments achieve their highest independent skill levels. All individuals residing at Success participate in programming at our main facility, upper bucks, or central bucks locations.
The neurorehabilitation outpatient program at Success NeuroRehab Upper Bucks (SNR UB) helps clients who experienced brain injuries and other neurological impairments reach their highest independent skill levels. Success NeuroRehab Upper Bucks is a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation program for individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury.
