AMJ Campbell provided a reliable and efficient service when we moved our household items from the UK to Canada. We received all the items we sent and there were no damaged objects, which was a surprise to us, considering that we sent pretty fragile items such as dishes, musical instruments, and so on. We are very pleased with the timely, polite, and efficient service provided by the AMJ team. They arrived here with our items on a snowy day and were very competent and friendly!

Worst move I’ve ever experienced.
If you want a moving company that: 1. Doesn’t return phone calls 2. Shows up with a truck that only holds half your stuff 3. Has employees that don’t wear masks 4. Has drivers that stink of alcohol 5. Doesn’t deliver your goods in the delivery window promised 6. Under estimates your load by at least 5000lbs
Then AMJ is the company for you!
I still don’t know when the other half of goods will arrive.

This moving company was hired to deliver my Urban Barn furniture. I have never dealt with such rude, unhelpful people in my life. First delivery, our window was 2-4pm. We waited and waited until our contractors (who had kindly waited to pop the window our so it would fit through) had to leave at 5pm, the delivery finally turned up at 5.45pm. Couldn't fit through the doors (as predicted) and had to leave and try again.
Second delivery set up for morning and again the contractors waited, this time they turned up but refused to carry it to the window due to snow on the ground even with the help

This is only my second review I have ever written.
My wife contacted AMJ and spoke with someone out of the London office. In order to get an accurate quote my wife was upfront and explained that we had major concerns due to having a Murphy bed,
a canopy bed along with a extensive home gym.

Not happy at all with my experience. We moved from Toronto to Sutton, which is about an hours drive. Mover's were supposed to show up in between 8am and 9am, they got there after 9am. When backing the truck into both of the driveways, they broke branches off of our trees and did not apologize or try and move the branches when they drove off to avoid breaking them further. Finally came the bill. We were over charged 2.25 hours, which ended up costing us an extra $260. When I was assured over the phone and through e-mail there would be no extra travel charges. Firstly, if you are planning on moving across the country, it is worth it to think about whether or not you really need to move all your stuff or if it might not cost the same to get rid of it and replace it at the other side. I decided to move all my stuff but after paying thousands of dollars to do it, I would not make the same decision again.

Maybe I'm out of line for this review, but I don't think so. I didn't use AMJ Campbell for my move, but I felt it was worth yelping about the reason why I didn't, and moreso the rather ridiculous treatment I got from them.
