I had bought a vehicle that came with only one fob and no metal backup keys. I was able to get two new fobs and two keys cut for an extremely reasonable price, and the process was extremely easy. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I would definitely recommend Locks and Unlocks to anyone needing a locksmith.

I called late in the morning and they were able to send a technician out in the afternoon. The technician was even able to fix our lock issue and then go on to fix the rest of the deadbolt. We truly appreciate everything that Locks and Unlocks as able to do for us. They are most certainly our recommendation.

Had a really great experience with locks and unlocks. We had a very old safe that we had lost the combination. It had always been difficult to open. So I told Jake it probably would be a challenge. He assured me they would keep working until they figured out what kind of safe it was. He kept me informed of their progress. Finally the job was finished and he was in the area of where I worked so I was able to have it delivered that day. Very pleased. Many memories with this safe and now we have it back and we are so pleased. Thank you. Was a tough job!!! Very impressed! Highly recommend.

My gun safe lock had to be drilled out and replaced.
Jake was immediate in responding to my initial call for help, first attempting to help me open it over the phone and then setting up an appointment to come and try it himself. And lastly drilling it out out and replacing it when unable to open it.
I was out of town the day that Jake and his assistant came to the house. However my girlfriend met them and was impressed with their friendly professionalism and respect for her schedule. And the work was accomplished in a timely manner.

When I called them about my problem they got back to me right away. Prompt and courteous, they arrived at the appointment and went straight to work. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommend this company. I first used them last fall. A family member had passed away and I called these guys to change the locks on my house. They were inexpensive (7 Doors), professional and kind. They arrived on time and were very discreet as I live in a small town. He was even willing to park down the block. Website says 24hours plus it's only 5:30pm. I called to have simple gas cap taken off, would drive to them. Got quoted $110, everywhere else quoted $10. When asked why so much I was told because he was closed. Needless to say call other places first to make sure you get a fair price! I will drive 10 extra miles to not pay overpriced made up fee. Or if your are closed fix your Google hours....makes you look dishonest

I can't recommend Locks and Unlocks enough. Hertz and Hyundai said would take weeks and thousands of dollars to get into the trunk of my rental, Locks and Unlocks did it in less than 15 minutes and at a great price. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were fast, knowledgeable, polite, and well-priced. They were suggested by an AAA tech who said they were the best in town, and I believe it.

I purchased a used Honda Pilot but it only came with one key. I initially went to get a key made from the auto parts store and found that they couldn't do it since it was a "smart key." I was not terribly familiar with these but quickly learned how hard it is to find someone to make a copy (other than the dealer who wants to charge an arm and a leg). Jake was able to help me out and save a ton of money. He had my key cut and programmed in less than 15 minutes. He also tested both sets of keys and remotes to make sure everything was working properly; which was great as I had read

Last Saturday I lost the key for my Jeep Wrangler in Verona, WI. I absent-mindedly lost it somehow. I searched for it in my Jeep, hotel room, and the parking lot of the hotel where I was parked for nearly 3 hours. My insurance company found Jake 30 minutes away in Stoughton and he came out right on time. At first my Insurance told me it could be up to $350 to get a new key made. My jeep is about as bare bones as it gets so I didn't need a fancy key with a microchip or anything. When Jake arrived, he was nothing but friendly , courteous and professional.
