Was told that an xray and full adjustment was included in the initial costs.
Didn't receive an xray or full adjustment but still was charged for them.
I recommend that if an xray and full adjustment is included in the initial costs then you should recieve both. If not then why are you still charged the same price as though you did recieve those services?
If you pay for an oil change and a tune up you should recieve both right? If you don't you shouldn't be charged as though you did recieve both.
Hope you guys learn from this in the near future and make the proper changes. Thanks

These guys are the bomb! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very skilled. They keep me walking upright! From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with smiles and waiting time is very minimal. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. I love that they are not uptight about wearing masks which makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my care @ Thrive Chiropractic Center. The entire staff are pleasant and cheerful, They make you feel like you are a part of their family! They are very mindful of the current Covid 19 Situation and maintain their precautions and respect their patients personal preferences for mask and vaccinations. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going to Thrive Chiropractic since moving to Boise in April 2021. Dr. Honovich has been very attentive to my needs - always trying new 'things' to keep my hips, back and neck in line. I like that it is not always the same thing every visit, more based on what my body needs at the time. The front desk staff is very professional and cheerful. Assistants are also very friendly and kind. It's a busy practice - make your appointment ahead of time. :-)

I’ve been going to Thrive Chiropractic for a couple years now. Every time I walk through the door I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces. Their office is always so clean, and I feel safe with all the protocols they’re taking with Covid. They have staff sanitizing all equipment and tables after every use and sanitizer is being used after every patient is seen. Our family has been so happy with our treatments from Thrive. All of the doctors have been beyond helpful and evaluate us each session beyond the need for “just pop and crack” and view us as whole patients.
Not only did we need new Chiropractors due to moving to the area, but we also suffered from an intense car accident. All 6 of my family members were involved in the accident and Thrive has worked with each of us on our way to recovery. They have been able to adjust each of our treatment protocols per our needs and ages.
