The design includes a site visit and the supply of permit/construction ready drawings for an Onsite Wastewater Treatment (Septic) System capable of handling onsite produced waste water. The assessment of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment (Septic) System will be performed per the Missouri Dept. of Health and Senior Services guidelines as they apply to real estate transactions.
