I have delt with VonArx Engineering multiple times and David has been nothing but up front, punctual, and honest with me. He does not cut corners when it is important for a job to be done correctly but he also does not try to gouge you for extra work that doesnt need to be done. I've read every other review he has on google and it seems to me that maybe the people with bad reviews were trying to cut some kind of corner seeing that they were both dealing with MSD throws up a red flag to me. However I believe in giving anyone the benefit of a doubt and feel that it is not necessary for me to disregard

I own a small Bussiness on Manchester and I wanted to enlarge my parking lot. I hired David because he owned a small business, and as a small business owner my self I wanted to support other small bussiness. David told me it would take about a month to submit my documents. It’s been exactly four months and I just found out from MSD that David just NOW payed for the document fee and that they’ve been trying to get in touch with him for four weeks now. I just want to share my bad experience with this company. The company i work for hired them. I’m just trying to warn anybody else to not go through what my company went through. Make sure you read your agreement because they charge you fees for something you’re already paying for. One of their job was to submit documents for MSD. In order to get the MSD to look over the papers you must pay a fee which vonarx already charges you for. However you must pay 10% on top of that which they don’t warn you about. It would have been so incredibly easy if they just allowed my company to send a check
