I live far away and wanted to surprise my mom for her birthday so I decided to send her flowers! I am very pleased with the customer service and for the beautiful arrangement! My momma was very happy. It meant so much to me that the woman I talked to on the phone (I think it was the manager) took the time to listen to what I wanted. She was so sweet, it made my day just talking to her, not to mention she was able to deliver the flowers super fast! Excellent customer care, I will continue using them in the future! I love southern hospitality!
