Very disappointed in this arrangement I sent my mother for her birthday. The first photo is from their website. The others my mother took. She is elderly and not the best photographer, so I gave an extra star. This may be the last time I order from Rosemont after being a faithful customer for years. I feel they have been falling in quality for some time.

We asked for flowers--They gave us a master piece.
Upon our first visit to a florist for a casket spray for my grandmother's funeral, my mother and I were very stressed about what to pick and how to to describe what we wanted. The young lady who assisted us was so patient with us. She talked and even walked us through the fridge to see flowers that may go with our visions, but it was upon leaving the the building after making some type of decision that she called us to the back for one more affirmation and we then realized this was exactly what we wanted. We could not thank her enough for everything

Extremely disappointed. I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day delivery. The Farmhouse Chic Bouquet that I paid $76 for ended up completely different as shown in the image. The flowers on the side were already wilted and drooping even though I called in a week ahead to ensure it be perfect. It's upsetting to think that I sent in a gift bouquet only for it to be nothing compared to what I was expecting.
Definitely not worth the money. Will not be ordering from here again.

Every so often I order flowers and this was my first time doing business with them and I was thoroughly pleased with their customer service and their beautiful arrangements. In addition to that they were also able to make the delivery specifically within the window of time I requested even though I didn’t let them know much time in advance. I will definitely be returning.

I can't say enough good about this florist! It was recommended by a family member that works at Jackson hospital nearby. I live out of state, so it's always difficult to find a good florist. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with them, and they were so patient with me. I described exactly what I wanted, even picking out the exact color and flowers from what they had in stock. The lady I spoke to was so patient and kind, and boy did she deliver! The arrangement I had delivered was to my grandmother who was ill and they are stunning!
