If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unprofessional. I placed a call with AAA, AAA put in a dispatch to the worst tow company. This is the one time I am glad I'm not sitting by myself on the side of CA 99 S. Express towing didn't care about our needs. Dispatch for Express Towing was super rude when I called to get an ETA on the truck to come out. Approximately 30 minutes later, a worker for Express Tow called saying he'd be 10 minutes away. Never came. On the AAA app, Express Tow stated they had arrived. Not true. I put in complaints to AAA. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES. EVER. Even when

I really don't know where to begin... I was stranded on highway 99 with a flat tire. These guys picked me and my family up and dropped us off at a hotel! Unfortunately the tow truck driver changed my spare with the wrong lugs and caused damage to my car... but these guys stepped up big time! I cannot tell you how much stress Hector took off my plate!!! He is an amazing owner and an even better human being! He got me a rental and repaired my car! Worst experience ever... My husband has been waiting on the side of a highway for tow services since 4:30pm... I called insurance and tow company reporting on tracking claim online multiple times who transfers the call to the towing company stating the tow company has been very busy she will place me on orange status as top priority... my husband finally receives a call directly from Express towing driver claiming they just received the insurance claim (7:45p) and he will be there in 15 mins... Its 8:45p still no arrival, attempted to call back the 275-#### number that called us- # no longer in

Beware of this tow yard. i work at a law firm and unfortunately out client was involved in an accident. this tow yard towed his vehicle to this facility, they scared an threatened him to pay $978.00 which included the initial tow, $70 lien fee and $590 for 10 days of storage. so he paid it. they kept the car at the yard for some time until the at fault insurance carrier finally accepted liability. they picked up the vehicle, they also paid $353 for tow (slightly higher than what our client paid), they paid the $70 lien fee and paid 44 days of storage totaling $2,596. A friend and I were driving to her house after a long trip from LA. We were so close to getting home, when we were suddenly hit by a severe hail storm. While on the 2 way highway, my friend was driving too fast and tried to pass the car in front of us, it didn't take long before her poor decision caused us to spin around about 4 times and land us into an embankment perpendicular to the railroad tracks!

Owner of store is rude doesn't seem like he doesn't like his job anymore don't blame him but got my car towed went to go pick up my belongings and I found out some of my stuff is missing and stuff was moved around wasn't how I left it but I heard this isn't the first time it's happened here and he claims nobody's allowed to enter the vehicle unless I was present. The most outrageously expensive towing costs I have ever seen. $350 to tow from the 99 to their yard. At first I thought they were nice people, but now I realize they were happy to be cashing in on my misfortune. Yard fees ended up being another 350 for 5 days and then some processing fees. Asked if there was a veterans discount and the guy offered me 5 dollars off. Not using them again.

I got a flat tire on my way to San Diego and I was in a time crunch to make it there. He answered right away and showed up quickly. I have to admit due to the situation and needing to be somewhere at a certain time I wasn't as pleasant as I could have been but he was professional, quick and understanding. He made dealing with a stressful situation not as stressful. I highly recommend using express towing!
