I had a flat tire after work. It was 7 in the evening.
He answered my call and came straight away. He
put air, made sure it held and then followed me to
the Costco tire center to make sure i made it safely.
He was very kind and professional. I was very
thankful for his help and care. I was having a hard
day, then a flat on top of it and was very in need of
some kindness. Thank you so much!

They were called to impound my car by the police dept. I'm the registered owner and when I went to retrieve my belongings I had a hard time getting the guy to even be available for me. Then when I got there they refused to lete get my stuff claiming I was not the registered owner. Then when I went back with more proof they no longer had the vehicle ory stuff and I was never notified that they were going to sell it. And I can't get the guy to ever be available to talk to me about it. They are evasive and unprofessional.

Had a horrible experience with another towing company where we were waiting 4 hours for them. These guys called almost immediately telling us they would be there in 20 minutes, they arrived in 15. Our driver was super nice and extremely helpful. One of the only towing companies on Oahu with common decency.
