What's the point of paying for the warranty if they gonna make you wait for 4 or more days to replace a tire ??.. plus 65 bucks to install the replacement ... discount tire warranty cost the same amount and they don't charge you any extra for repairs or replacements.. oh yeah and they don't make you wait for 5 days or more to get a tire, well I guess that's what I get for trying to save a couple bucks.

First I wanna thank Javi, Elijah, and the manager Manny! These guys were super helpful and informative. They helped me brain storm possible causes of a shaking I can feel at 70+ mph. I had told them I got the tires brand new 2-3 weeks ago at a different tire shop and they had balanced the tires for me. The tire shop I had bought them from has a really good reputation so I didn’t want to believe it was the balancing that was causing the shaking. These guys believed so as well so they started mentioning other possible causes. Just to get the doubt out of my head that they probably didn’t balance

This place is so magical! I came in here stressed about the tires and I left feeling so good! The customer service is amazing and the work was fast and quick! I highly HIGHLY recommended this store for your tires needs !!!

Absolutely the wrong place if you have an RV!!
Got a quote online with a fantastic price.....the good news stops there!
After the quote, I spoke with a rep on the phone and had a couple questions about the installation (was never able to get an answer) and getting the order started. Can't do anything over the phone or online to start the order,the guys said....... have to go to store ONLY.
We show up to the store (all the way across the valley) only to find out that they do not have a tech to do the install (too large of a tire).....what the hell??
This place is a joke!!

They are an awesome place everything went good the first time when I got the first two tires but the third tire the next time turn out to be the wrong size now that I look at it and I was returning it after using it for about a total of two to three days 5 hours a day they have the warranty and apparently the warranty wasn't even covered I said the warranty should be covered because I barely even used it so they're going to try and charge me more than I paid for the tire itself the first time which mean no sense because I shouldn't be paying anything so this one off for about an

We purchased four brand new tires and rims from this location and as they were helpful and tires came out good we received one rim that was not alike the others. I get that it could've been an error but staff should have made sure all four were alike as they were all paid at a high price and noted the same on the invoice. Went in to get them checked and they confirmed that there was one not alike but said there was nothing they could do as it was a shipping error. You'd think a company charging over $1200 for rims and tires would have more communication with their distributors. An error

Went on their website before coming in, it was very easy to navigate and choose the right tires for my car & budget! Called the the shop and the gentleman over the phone was super helpful. They shipped the tires from the warehouse to the shop within the hour same day!
Came in on a Thursday around 2:30pm. There was a few customers waiting. There was an issue finding my work order but it was resolved quickly and honored my over the phone quote. Waiting area is clean but be prepared for the unavoidable tire smell lol
Employees are very friendly and helpful. Was out the door before 5pm. Overall

Just bought 2 tires from these guys. The coordination and communication to make my purchase happen was very effective and I am one happy customer. I have custom snow white pearl powder coated wheels and they did an amazing job making sure there were treated accordingly.

I'm so glad someone recommended we checking around for prices and for this place in general. It's so close to my current place but I have never noticed it before. It's maybe a minute or two from tacos el gordo, my fav. :)
I called and got a quote for all four tires and they were able to look up the exact type of tire I needed and got me some prices on 3 different types of tires. They set me an appointment and gave me a quote number to give when I came in. I was able to get my car out of the other shop it was in earlier and just came in a day early and they were able to get me in

I was in the process of ordering tires on their website, Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S for my Lexus GS350 F-Sport to be exact. I had just one question before I scheduled an appointment. I called and was immediately placed on hold for several minutes by a woman who answered the phone. I eventually disconnected the call. If they can't handle a customer on the phone then I for sure do not want them handling my car. I'm sure they didn't need my $1,400 anyway.

After searching all over the valley for the right wheels for my wifes truck, hands down Tire Mart has the best prices in the valley. The customer service, professionalism, and access to thier huge showroom is amazing. Marco's, my salesperson, was amazing and patient as he handled my every need. As a custom wheel buyer, I am glad I didn't have to go all the way to Cali to find the perfect deal. Thanks again...and I will be back!!!
