MRS is a small locally owned and staffed environmental consulting firm located in Santa Barbara, California. MRS Environmental has an outstanding record of success in preparing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents for complex and controversial projects. In 1984, we established an office in Santa Barbara with a primary emphasis on CEQA/NEPA analysis.
