For a Zoom conference an email with Zoom conference hook up information will be sent out about 15 minutes before the appointment. A recording can be made of the Zoom call if desired. For a telephone call, I will call you at the phone number you provide at the time of your appointment. You will receive an email confirmation a few minutes after completing the appointment reservation.

In a guided self-assessment you do an assessment of your property with your meters or with my rental meters while I guide you real-time through your smart phone via FaceTime or Zoom.
