I had the same experience as the review before me. This people are a disaster. I gave them 10 shirts, I went to pick them up I returned 7. They were full of wrinkles and they starch them. My white shirts now had blue pen marks and they had dirt from their machinery. When I gave them back to them, they lady told me the worker was just lazy. I went the next week and everything was the same and they wanted to charge me, they were too lazy to fix anything. They told me the satins the clothes had could not be removed... they were talking about the neck stain on a regular white shirt. This woman was

I don’t know what happened to their service over the years, but their service is horrible NOW. I dropped off clothes Saturday and received them Tuesday which is fine however when I inspected my clothes in front of the owner I was not pleased with the results of my clothes. The way my shirts looked they looked like a child ironed them, also I had a ink stain in my shirt which should’ve been had it been dry cleaned properly. This cleaners has lost a long time customer.
