In 1967 Steve began his legal career in Seaside, Oregon after graduating from the University of Oregon with a bachelors degree in political science and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law. In addition to his commitment to the legal community on the Oregon Coast for over 37 years, Steve has been involved in numerous community organizations during that time.
Larry joined the firm in 2004, became a partner in 2006 and Managing Member in 2008. Larry is not new to the Oregon Coast. In 1993 after graduating from Portland State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance-Law, he moved to Astoria where he co-founded AREA Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage.
Adam grew up in Portland, Oregon. After high school, he first moved to Corvallis in 1993 and was an electrical engineering student at Oregon State University. After three years, he transferred to University of Colorado at Boulder to complete his engineering degree. After his undergraduate work was complete, he worked as an electrical engineer for six years, primarily with Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Macon (pronounced Mason) is a life long Oregonian who grew up in Yamhill county. Following his graduation from the University of Portland, Macon spent a gap year working for a commercial real estate firm and was convinced by his boss that his talents were well suited for the practice of law. Macon attended Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D., 2010).

I hired Mr. Raju as my attorney in a challenging landlord-tenant matter. My tenants were obstructionists who game the system against landlords, and helped me negotiate a resolution to get rid of them. Hired Chris Palmer and Liz Moore from this firm to help me with my case. It was a very stressful and difficult situation but they were amazing and helped me through it while aggressively representing my best interest. They are smart, tough and extremely honest. My wife and I have nothing but praise and thanks for the excellent service performed by Larry Popkin and his staff during the probate for my brother. We are from out of state and were at a loss for what to do including how to clean out my brothers house, and then sell his personal effects and then place the house on the market. I called Campbell & Popkin to discuss some adoption issues. I was connected with a Mark Lang. This guy has some major issues. He was rude and interrupted me time and time again!! I try to keep business local and support our small business community. I had to go elsewhere and was treated with the respect I felt I deserved. I can not comment on the rest of the law firm, but I would never recommend Mark Lang.
