My spouse is seeing someone else. Is this enough to get divorced in Oregon? Oregon has adopted the concept of "no fault" divorce. Unlike some other states where a party seeking a divorce may need to show cruelty, adultery, abandonment or. It seems Oregon parents and spouses are trying to handle their own family law matters more than ever.
I am the son of divorced parents. I've experienced separate households - for good and for bad. Through my practice, I have personally witnessed the breadth of emotions and difficulties experienced by my clients. I understand that those who come see me are dealing with one of the most difficult times in their lives.
I was born and raised in Oregon. Since 2012, I have called the North Oregon Coast home. My biological parents separated and, shortly after, my mother remarried. When I was a teen my mother divorced my Step-Father and I went to live my Aunt in New Mexico. Upon returning to Oregon during my first marriage, I acquired an AAS - Paralegal from Portland Community College - I focused on Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Criminal Law.

I have worked with Mr. Palmer and his amazing staff off and on for about three years. I highly recommend Mr. Palmer to anyone needing help with custody battles, he is very helpful and always answers all my questions. Mr. Palmer is very knowledgeable when it comes to this matter and he wants what's best for the children, I don't feel like he is just taking my money from me and hoping for the best, he is the true definition of a partner when it comes to a battle like this and I couldn't imagine having anyone else standing by my side. I live about an hour and a half away from his office and even though

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. After I gave them my reatianer I had to continuausly call and email to get any kind of response. After almost 4 months of what I fealt like was being put off I decided to look elsewhere for help. Once I asked them to close out my trust
they tried to charge me almost $800 for receiving my emails and 1 phone call with Mr. palmer. I waisted months on getting custody with this firm. I would not recommend them. However when I disputed the amount charged they did send me some money back.

I have never even heard of a client being treated as well as I was treated by Chris and Liz. To put it simply, they care! I feel like they always made it a point to not spend my money unnecessarily. They are extremely frugal and you will get the best service in the county! I love these people and I have and will continue to highly recommend them!!

Attorney Chris Palmer and his legal assistant Liz Moore are true professionals and care about their clients very much. I got to know both of them when we worked together in the same firm. Mr. Palmer is a seasoned attorney who has a high level of integrity and works hard on behalf of his clients. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm for your family law needs.
