You can find PENZONE Salon + Spa Gahanna / New Albany near the intersection of Morse Road and Cherry Bottom Road, just 2 miles east of Easton Town Center Mall. Within your first few steps into our Gahanna location you will see elements of the new PENZONE. Immediately upon entering, you'll check-in for your appointment using our digital kiosks.
PENZONE Salon in the German Village neighborhood provides an energetic and creative boutique experience. Located in a historic, 1000 square foot brick building typical of German Village, our small, 8-chair salon focuses on hair services. We welcome bridal parties of any size and can make special accommodations to offer makeup services upon request.

The review I read by Anamitraa Chakraborty about Paisley couldn't be further from the truth or reality of who she is or how she conducts herself professionally. She is a caring, patient, highly talented stylist and I would highly recommend her for ANYTHING you need done. She takes the time to listen to her clients and strives to provide the best service possible. People like that who attack someone so horribly, are NEVER happy and are just miserable so they make others feel bad to make themselves feel better.

This was my first time going to this salon. My hair stylist was Paisley, whom they prefer to call ‘artist’. She is one of the laziest, unprofessional, incompetent person I have ever seen in my life. I was promised a 15 minutes free consultation, which she absolutely didn’t give me. My appointment was for a hair updo, she was least interested in doing the job and listening to what I was looking for. Moreover, when I asked her to do my hairlocks, she just did it in a way that my whole updo gets spoiled. Charged me $60 plus demanded for a gratuity. I just paid $5 for such shameless behaviour

I have gone to the Gahanna location for over 10 years. Last year I signed up to be a model for Zuri. She is extremely talented and fun. My hair has never been healthier. When she decided to go to the Short North I just had to follow. I look forward to the excellent service and laughs every time. Her personality just radiates.

Dion was, without a doubt, the best hair stylist I have ever had. It was her first day but she was so comfortable and confident, I had zero issues trusting her. She listened and improved upon my idea and my hair turned out amazing! So great, I have another appointment in two weeks for more treatments. I will never go anywhere else or see anyone else. Dion is for real the best! 10/10 would recommend

I can not say enough great things about this location! I typically see Campbell who goes above and beyond to guide my hair in the right direction and make sure it’s healthy + looks gorgeous. I also saw Zach recently for a consultation for my upcoming wedding for extensions and he was so heart warming and really helped me with the vision I want on my wedding day. Can’t wait to come back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
