This is a follow up review. The last time I used or tried to use Yellow Rose, they stood me up. They left me at the airport. I came out looking for the car and no one was there. I called the number and he told me to look again the driver was there. I called again because I couldn't find him only to be told that the driver was having mechanical trouble and wouldn't be able to pick me up. This was about 9:00 at night so I was very angry. Called interested in renting a limo for a wedding getaway car. Lady assisting with reservations was extremely rude. She asked whether I needed a "stretch" or not, I advised that I didn't think so, since it'd just be bride and groom. After much trouble communicating pickup and drop off locations (she couldn't "find them"), I reconfirmed that (if we reserved) a limo would be picking us up versus a sedan and she said she didn't understand what I was talking about since I said I didn't need a "stretch". Hurrah, Yellow Rose Ride saved the day!
After a long, grueling flight (seriously, those seats are built for who - surely, not normally sized humans), and dragging my half-ton of shoes and clothes for a 4-day visit behind me, wadded into a Samsonite that remarkably was up to the task, I arrived at limo pick up.
Despite a few less-than-kind messages left by me for my long-suffering driver Amir during the search, the limo and I found each other at Dallas Love Airport (where apparently signage is considered for the weak ...).
Forty-five minutes later, Amir (yay Amir), no doubt terrified into
