We took a group of 25 people to Denton this last Saturday for my boyfriends birthday. We had such a good time-our experience was awesome from start to finish! Cheryl was super helpful in booking our reservation and getting the trip planned. The bus actually showed up a little early which gave us extra time, and our driver Mario was awesome! He made all the annoying, unplanned little stops on the way there and back (apparently 28 year olds have smaller bladders than 5 year olds lol), was extremely patient with all of us, and was overall a great time! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking

If I could give negative stars I would. We did a Christmas light tour. The driver Andrel ( ?) was the absolute worse limo driver I have ever experienced. I never even met him until it was done and he got out of the car to ask for his money. He did not introduce himself at the start of the night. He did not open the door for my 85 year old father . We had to bang on the car to get his attention to pop the trunk so we could put his walker in the trunk. Then he didn't help us close the door as my father was on the end but luckily we used my father's cane to hook the door handle to

I needed a limo for a special Saturday night out with the family: pick up, dinner and a show, and return home. I started my search on Yelp! and decided on Limo Party DFW after contacting three companies for info and a quote.
I wish I would've gone with another service. This was supposed to be a big surprise and the icing on the cake for some big plans we had.
I got a surprise all right, Limo Party DFW was a no-show for my reservation. Surprise! Nobody bothered to call me until I heard from the driver 15 minutes AFTER the set pick up time. I was already driving us on the way to the restaurant

I booked a white limo for my daughter's birthday. Dennis said that the WHITE limo is the one we will get. The day of the party, a black limo showed up. They said the white one was in the shop. I spoke to the limo driver and he said that Dennis tell them to lie and say that the one we wanted is in the shop. The limo driver said the white one was actually used for another event. On the way to the event with 8 kids, the limo had electrical problem which resulted in the air shutting off twice. It was 110 degrees outside. Im extremely late on my review..but i honestly had been meaning to do this since my birthday... the best service i ever ever had on a party bus.. the communication is extremely awesome... text me from the time they were in route until the time they arrived at the pick up destination. i had the time of my life..my driver knew exactly where all the spots were. we didnt have to say a word.. my birthday isn't for another 6 months but im already planning to use this company again. i pray the driver i had still works for this company because iam requesting him... never been more satisfied..

Wow! From the start I mentioned to James, our driver, how amazing the customer service was! Dennis, who set everything up, was fantastic! It was a short notice party bus rental and Dennis hit the ground running! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out! James was so friendly and fun! We needed a shuttle for our daughter's wedding in Dallas and hired Limo Party DFW based on Yelp ratings as we are in San Antonio. They did not disappoint. The driver was prompt and our guests who took the party bus back to their hotels all were very pleased with the experience. The bus was neat, clean and the driver was patient with the singing guests who were in a fun party, wedding mood. We would definitely recommend Limo Party DFW for your party needs!

Was invited to view Christmas lights for a dear friend's birthday during the week. Limo picked us up around 7pm for a "3 hour tour". It was a lovely evening, the limo was one of the nicest I've seen and the driver wasn't bad either. The limo was stocked with a magnum of champagne, plenty of water and napkins. Glasses were sparkling clean as was the limo interior. Not sure about the price, but I'd give it an A+

The owner Dennis had called me this morning, my phone never rang but at 3:00 this afternoon a VM came in and was time stamped 10:45am. He was gracious, embarrassed and was willing to give me back what ever I wanted. We agreed on a number and I asked him to forward that to his driver James. If if had not been for James the party would not have happened. Ask for James as your driver!!!!

We rented the 18-20 passenger party bus for a Sunday wine tour birthday event. Mark was helpful with the reservations and even gave me a list of wineries we could visit to help us create our itinerary.
Mark followed-up before the event and the morning of to touch base with me which I appreciated. He was punctual and also sent me text message reminders while we were at the wineries to help keep on us schedule. It was a big group and with wine involved it's easy to lose track of time.
Our last stop of the day was a bathroom break which was very thoughtful. He dropped us off at the agreed time

My daughter turned 17 last week and I looked all over the web and craigslist to find an affordable yet elegant limo for her party! Dennis took care of all the details and worked with my budget! Even though I live in Waxahachie it wasn't an issue or a ridiculous up charge like other companies were trying to charge to come out and take her and her friends into Dallas.
Don the driver picked my daughter and her friends up and drove them to dinner and place for dessert then took them around downtown Dallas. He was extremely polite, even caring to text me and let me know when they arrived safely
