One of the most difficult tasks to achieve in the auto detailing industry is a truly deep wet gloss for a white vehicle. Other colors look amazing when properly polished and waxed but not white cars. The Wax Shack uses specific gloss enhancers manufactured for white paint. Then that is sealed in with the highest gloss wax that we have found to give your white vehicle that wet, lustrous look that car owners crave.

George and team did an excellent job detailing the exterior of my midnight blue GTI. I got the exterior detailed with a clay bar and couldn’t be happier with the price and quality! They even took extra care of buffing out a few spots that were scratched. I spent a long time talking to George and he is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have. I did quite a bit of research on other local detailers and I’m glad I brought my car to Wax Shack! Highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot recommend the Wax Shack enough. My car has been super moldy since October when we left the moonroof open during the huge storm in Austin. I had it shampooed at another place just have mold come right back. The wax shack instead did an incredibly detailed job in professional mold and mildew removal. There team spent a whole day removing mold from ever duct, there was even staring water I had no idea about under the carpet!! And when I got it back not only was there no more mold and mildew, they detailed the inside to boot! Great, stand up place I wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

Took my car in needing the same services discussed in person around 8 weeks ago. George apparently didn't look at my car closely upon initial inspection. Long story short, he had me drop off the car, sent some poorly worded texts not explaining the situation and then decided he wasn't going to work on my car anymore when I asked him a question trying to figure out what was going on with my car.

Car detailing always seemed like a luxury to me until we bought a brand new car with light grey interior. I knew I had to protect my seats and make sure that my family (including 2 small kids) would not ruin it. So, called The Wax Shack to schedule my appointment for a scotch guard protectant. The appointment was quick and painless and so much more affordable than I imagined. Now I don't have to panic about my kids eating french fries or slushes. I even have to brag about the team! They were so nice and accomodating. Dawn was sure to instruct me on how to care for them as well. I highly recommend

They did an amazing diamond coating on my new civic. You can still use my hood as a mirror two weeks later. A few days ago a small rock bounced off my hood while driving and ripped right through the paint, and when I called to see how much it would cost to fix and reapply the diamond coating George (the owner) had me bring my car in right away to fix no charge "I just want you to be happy with our work" he said. I rarely give one star and I've had good work from George in the past but this time, the combination of damage done to my vehicle and shoddy work have me looking elsewhere.
1) My drivers side leather seat had a small tear in it after getting the car back.
2) I asked if some adhesive could be removed from the dash and they tried to polish the plastic, making the area stick out like a sore thumb. They just ruined the dash.
3) The corners of the Sideview mirrors and the tops of the windows had not been cleaned and show dirt and water spots. This is just beyond lazy and a 'detail' that you'd expect
