My first time trying them out, their online appointment was easy to use. I booked on a Wednesday for a Friday noon detail. I received a text about an hour before my scheduled time. They were apologizing that their online system took my appointment without having anyone available. I understand mistakes happen. I was disappointed that they gave me an hour notice of the cancellation. You would think someone would have known something before an hour of my scheduled appointment.

Crew of 2 show up, 4 hours late. Didn't completely any of the shampoo and steam cleaning on the upholstery like they were supposed to and I paid extra for. Was lied to and they told me they did. I checked my Nest camera and watched all they did. They sprayed Lysol on the seats and rubbed it in. And vacuumed. $365 for something I could gone down the street at the car wash for $40 and gotten.
They tried to "make it right" by sending another crew out. Fine, I agreed to have them come back on Saturday. On Saturday they messaged that they fired one of the crew members that came out before

I could not give anything more than 5 stars for this business. After multiple attempts to find someone to do a pressure washing job within less than 24 hours I found myself talking to Kubra, she was so inviting and helpful and went out of her way to fit me in....and at a reasonable price. I was on a deadline and she scheduled me for 6pm. Then she got me in 3 hours early!! Communication was top notch, the man that showed up Osvaldo was polite, professional, and exceeded my expectations. She even walked me through the process of their website to pay. A great company and really nice people, so happy

I was helping my boyfriend find a detailing service for his car and got an excellent quote from Smart Wash Mobile. From booking to finishing the car, the experience was easy and amazing. Appointment confirmation and reminders were very helpful, service text was sent when Alex was in route to meet me, and his attention to detail was astounding. My boyfriend had really let his car get out of hand, and it hadn't been detailed ever but Alex handled it with no problems and was so professional and kind. I will be making an appointment soon to get my car fully serviced for both the interior and exterior

Smart Wash has saved me so much time and does a phenomenal job. I called last minute yesterday morning in a bit of a panic. We were moving in to a new warehouse space and Merry Maids, who I had hired to clean the floors the previous day refused to do so). Cubra with Smart Wash answered my call and was amazing. Very helpful. She walked my through the webite on how to book our appointment and within one hour, Osvaldo showed up ready to work. In fact, he got there before we did so told him where the key was and he let himself in and started cleaning the warehouse floors. We showed up about 30 minutes later.
