I've been having massages for over 40 years In Los Angeles. But I am trying to find a good massage establishment in Orange County.
I will never go back to this massage establishment again. I asked for a deep tissue massage. What I got was elbows used to massage me (instead of her hands) and lots of oil on my body. I never had so much oil on my back.
I've never had someone pull my long hair at the same time to massage my head. That hurt!
She didn't even massage my hands or my feet. It was the worse massage I've ever had.
In addition, the establishment has a sign

The low price is not worth it. I've been to this place several times before in the last 3 years. And the last few times were terrible, but I like to give businesses a second chance.
Well, I went in with a headache and a tight neck hoping to relax and have some of that tension in my neck worked on.
1. They used cold oil. So the whole time I was freezing. I'd like to think warm oil would be a basic offering.

I had a wonderful hour long massage from Wendy and highly recommend her. I took my friend back yesterday so we could both try the 75 minute mid week special and she loved Wendy while I tried a massage with Lucy. Lucy is also a fabulous masseuse, firm and cohesive massage technique. I would recommend both ladies and I appreciate they are following mask guidelines for COVID.

So sorry I paid for so many massages upfront. I felt completely violated when I thought I lost my tiny little punch card and the lady said "too bad."
So if you are going to prepay you better not lose that tiny paper card, or wash it in the washer. I felt so awful knowing that you could pay $450 for 10 massages and then if you only used 3 of them, and then lost your card they don't honor the other 7 massages that you paid for. Funny thing is I found my card and the lady said "see on the card it says no replacement." First of all I paid for the card before I ever received

I've enjoyed 2 massages there, their pricing is reasonable. The only thing that bummed is that I forgot my cell phone on the massage bed, I called them when I got home and they claim that they didn't see it but it was the last place that I used it and went straight home after. The find my iPhone app said it was there but she completely denied it. Who ever cleaned the bed after I left must have taken it, not a customer. For that reason I won't go back.

Hmmm unless you are getting a high ticket massage other than the reflexology then your experience might be different from mine but I wouldn't recommend my reflexology appt. The lady who did my service of course was kind but the actual service was less than... basically just rubbed my leg up and down for 15 mins. Literally 5 mins into the rub, felt the top layer of my skin was rubbed off, there was no massage- at some point I was just going to tell her that I was done but I kept thinking that she was going to change it up and really do some reflexology on my feet but no such luck. Unethical Business Practice: was given a $45 gift certificate which I intended to use on a Wednesday, for the 1 1/2 hr for $45. When I got there she said I can choose the #3 or #4 for my $45. I chose one, had a very nice massage. She then said I owed another $35. When I told her I wanted the $45 deal, she said I CHOSE the more expensive one. When you mislead customers, you may get a little extra $$ today, BUT I WILL NEVER RETURN. There are plenty of ethical places around that I like. I've heard this complaint about them from another friend too. I just went cuz I had a gift certificate.

Susan was wonderful! She asked if I wanted a strong massage and I said I did. Once she began she checked in with me to ensure I was fine with her using all her strength and I assured her it was perfectly fine. Best massage ever! I felt so relaxed and she worked up some knots I had. The price is wonderful for the quality of the massage you receive. The towel might be a bit too hot for some but thankfully I shower with boiling hot water so it was ok lol

The second time I went here was not good. The massuese used her elbows which was uncomfortable. I told her that it was too hard - she giggled. I told her again and asked "are you using your elbows, that is uncomfortable", she giggled. A third time she used her elbows, I repeated myself, she giggled. Either her English was not good enough to understand or she wasn't trained or mature enough to handle some gentle corrections. It was a waste of time and money.
Also, I have no evidence of this whatsoever, but I could not get out of my head that the "employees" here

I did the 60 min total body for $45.
The walls are thin
The massage basically felt like she was just rubbing the oils on me and elbowing my back
I was surprised they didn't ask what kind of massage I wanted... She just went to town.
Pros: self appointment online and open until 9pm.
Close to my place.
Price isn't horrible.
Might need to keep looking around.

This place will not replace the excellent Ping Spa just a mile away in Mission Viejo, but I tried this place because of the low prices. They did include a very nice foot massage with the whole body massage, so it is a good value. It would be nicer if they had private rooms, rather than one main room and curtained compartments.

I was going to get a pedicure next door but the wait time was an hour, so I told them I would be back and decided to pop in here for an hour foot massage. I was taken back right away. There was maybe 2 or 3 other people here but you can't tell because it's so dark and quite, nice spa music playing.
It's your typical asian massage. If you're expecting a relaxing day spa kinda massage, this won't be the place for you. Lots of reflexology, hacking, slapping, that kind of thing. My therapist was very nice and had awesome pressure... But her and the therapist next to me
