Since making the switch to Ed and Ed, our business operations have become more efficient. We no longer have to worry about our printer breaking down, or overspending on ink/toner. A malfunctioning printer is a time waster, and as a small business, time is everything. Received a phone call about considering Ed & Ed Business Technology as a supplier for our copier services. When it became clear I did not know who would be the correct contact at our place of business to help this person, the caller hung up. It was a very rude interaction from this salesperson. Would not do business with or recommend this company.

Hands down the best company in the entire Mohawk Valley Region for all your office needs. They are a well respected company that can help you save a lot of money, as compared to other companies.Their staff, especially Marie Masca, is so knowledgeable at what she does,we love working with her. She, as well as of all of the staff there at Ed & Ed truly care about their clients and will do everything they can to help you out.
