Artwork is included as gratitude with every order so stop wasting your time trying to get your old files from someone else. We personally steam around wherever we embroider and neatly fold your items when we box them. We do all of the art work as well for you when purchasing sublimation products as gratitude.
Our average turnaround time is two weeks. Before we embroider any of your apparel we provide you with a stitch out ahead of time for your approval or changes you may want. SO thankful I found them. I’m sure that A&P is beyond busy yet somehow they make you feel like you are their only client because of the amount of time they give you and their insanely quick responses to you, and overall, their fast turnaround to any request. I am truly impressed by every single person I have interacted with in this company and I honestly don’t know how they do it. The stores they can create are very professional, they have great product selection, and they give you discounts whenever they can without you even asking. Unfortunately Utica College only uses this company. They force the students to select a size without informing them that it is rather large especially for women. I ordered a medium which is what I always wear and it was so big. Found out it is unisex which means it's also cut for a medium man. Then they allow absolutely no exchanges or refunds. So what are students expected to do? Obviously we can't use another company but be advised that the lab coats. Sweaters, and everything that comes from Utica college and this company is unisex and not the traditional medium we are used to.
