Super low budget unprofessional business at 24th St Bart , they don't powerwash sidewalks they also wash you waiting for the bus. Why don't you guys wait till midnight to do your halfass powerwash people do not need to be breathing your spray mist downwind especially women pushing strollers and you should sweep debris up first just washing it into cars driving by is real classy. Bart should put that job out to bid.

I called early in the week and arranged for an appointment later on in the week.
When the time of the appointment came, nobody showed up. Nobody called to say they'd be late. Nobody answered the text I sent to find out what was going on. Nobody responded to the message I left.
This is not an acceptable way to run a business. They have just lost me as a potential customer.

I wish I was able to give this company a good review. I was hopeful that they would be exactly what I was looking for in a power wash company. They promptly showed up to my house for an estimate on the date and time we agreed to, seemed professional and friendly, they inspected the areas I needed to be cleaned and even made suggestions to improve my project. But, that was it, they never provided me with the estimate they promised and despite two attempts by me to reach them by phone and email, no answers or call backs. Not good.

We hired Puma Power Wash to clean our sidewalks and parking garage in our home in San Francisco. the owner answer the phone on the second ring, he was super firendly and ask few questions about the oursidewalks. He was able to schedule the cleaning for early next day, and even show up on the same day to provide us with free onsite estimate. right after meeting him at our home he email us flat rate quote with all the costs of this project. day after, on the cleaning day he show up on time as plan with his truck, the truck looks very professional with all the tools and equipment for the job. we were
