Don't PAY for a cold water hose driven pressure washer cleaning. Most of the time the cost you pay is near what I would charge to clean your sidewalk PROFESSIONALLY. Also for those janitors that wash down sidewalks really that's all they do. You really CANNOT clean a sidewalk with a hose and for about HALF THE WATER used by a hose clean, I can clean the sidewalk and REMOVE THE STAINS AND THE GUM!

LJ is a very positive hard working guy. He is a one man show and does the work himself. He has state of the art cleaning equipment. He stands behind his work. He cleaned my business sidewalk on Union Street at half of what others quoted me and did a great job. He also did my home sidewalk too! A+++++++ Highly recommend LJ!
