I contacted Zach the beginning of July. We met at my house had a great knowledgeable conversation about my geo thermal system and what he needed to do to correct it. He said he would get back to me in a few days with some quotes. I called Zach every week since. We are now going into the 5th week. I have called him directly spoke to him on his cell phone and every time promised I would see his estimate, texted him, even left messages at his office. Not a single phone call back and not even a quote. This was a specific job I really needed to get done in order for the system to go into electrical

After only 5 years owning a Climate Master , We've had to replace this unit in its entirety. Unstable pressure from improperly installed lines, refrigerant leaks & constantly shutting down as well as no back up emergency heat is what I've had to deal with this winter. The company who originally installed it & has since gone under had literally put us and over 100 customers through hell with the original installs. W'eve decided to cut our losses & replace then entire unit with a Water Furnace Unit. I've once again had to call on ZBF. After the nightmare I went through
