Stephen W. Schwed is the founding and managing partner of Schwed Law, which was established in 2007. He has been a member of the Florida Bar for over thirty years and is also a member of the Tennessee Bar. After more than twenty years of experience and over 100 jury trials, Steve resigned as senior partner from one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Florida to open Schwed Law in 2007.
Paul M. Adams is a Board Certified Trial Attorney who has spent his entire career handling personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has earned the reputation of representing his clients in a professionally aggressive manner resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Paul recently successfully handled, and secured a $7.7 million verdict in a negligent dog attack case.
Juan Asconap is a trial lawyer who specializes in personal injury litigation. He has dedicated his entire legal career to representing victims of accidents throughout Florida. He joined Schwed Law in 2009, has handled over 1,200 cases to conclusion and has recovered over 25 million dollars in compensation for his clients, through negotiated settlements and jury verdicts.
Michael decided to dedicate his entire legal career to seeking justice on behalf of those injured due to the negligence of others in 2012. As an attorney at Schwed Law, Michael represents clients who have suffered both physically and emotionally after being harmed as a result of careless drivers, businesses and property owners.
Jason P. Dollard has focused his entire career to personal injury litigation, representing victims of others negligence in various tort cases including automobile negligence, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims in both State and Federal court.

I was referred to this law firm after a former family attorney passed away and this is the worst law firm I've ever felt with . I'm disabled and was t-boned by a lady who ran a stop sighn , waited a month for answers or to be placed in a rental at least , never spoke with my attorney, never got a return phone call . Gross negligence from a law firm and the worst receptionist to top it off !
