I was injured at work as a phlebotomist and Attorney Jeff Cohen made sure I knew my rights as an injured professional. The communication with him was open at all times. He made sure I received the treatments I needed when I could not before contacting them. He was so professional and empathetic. Workman's compensation is not what I envisioned. I believed it was set up to help injured workers, which is true, but it is also set up to protect the employer. This is my time getting injured on my job. It is very stressful and I felt like I had not where to turn. Eli Franks is a very attentive, caring, and considerate Attorney. He made the whole process of going through the Workers Comp situation bearable. Eli even called me a few days before my surgery to reassure me that it would all go well as I was extremely nervous...this was my first surgery.
