In order to process your application, we will need a $20 non-refundable application fee for each unmarried adult. We will get back to you promptly.

At the end of 2021 they surprised us with a last minute notice saying they weren't going to do rental property management anymore. Then, even though they were no longer our property managers, they took January's rent anyway.
After multiple inquiries they won't return the money, or respond to our inquiries. So at this point I guess they have just stolen it and we need to file a police report or turn them into the Better Business Bureau, or something.
If they get this taken care of, and return our money, I'll delete this. So if you see this the issue is probably still outstanding.

If you're looking for dirty, highly over priced rentals then this is the place for you. Dead bugs and dirty carpets are waiting for you to see. I gave them over a weeks notice that i was going to be viewing the rentals, plenty of time to clean it up and make it presentable. When i asked why it was so dirty, the real estate agent said no one has been in there for two and a half months...that is no excuse. Highly unprofessional and a gigantic waste of time.

The most relaxing and fun birthday party we've even had for our boys! Our boys are 11, and 5. Their birthdays are 4 days apart. This spot worked for both age groups. Sure, the bigger boys wanted bigger slides, but they still had fun. It's great because it's the perfect sized park. It's small enough to be able to see your kids from most all angles, and it's crawling with lifeguards. Our helper Louis read bet thorough, and attentive. SERIOUSLY BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER!!!😊😊😊😊😊
