All was good in the beginning. I purchased a christening necklace for my niece and all was great, sales person was patient and helped me look through all my options.. Next I decided to get a new band for a watch. Which after 3 plus months of waiting never came in. They said it was back ordered, (not their fault). However I did not appreciate that each time I would call for an update, I was told I would get a call back and never did ( happened at least 3x's).Well finally just asked for a refund and the watch back..when we came back in for the refund, they acted as we were in inconvience, even after
