I have had such a great experience at Robinson’s. Jeff and his staff were so helpful when my wedding ring center diamond prong fell apart and he actually had to cut it off my finger. They reassured me they would get it to back to looking like it was brand new. They kept great communication with me, gave me options on different prongs and heights and when I picked up my ring, I honestly think it looks better than it did originally. I will continue on going here for all of my jewelry.

I recently dropped off a gold ring here (my favorite jeweler locally) to be repaired as it has a sharp edge piece which made the ring virtually impossible to wear.
I also brought a few pieces of jewelry in to be inspected.
There is never a time that I have visited this store when the customer service has not been outstanding. I was given a date as to when the ring would be ready and was told if it was ready sooner they would call me.
Before the due date, I had not only received a call, but I think an email also, that my ring was finished and ready for pickup.
When I go in to pick up the ring

After wearing an 'okay' looking engagement ring for 18 years, I decided it was time to make a change. I decided to go into Robison Jewelry because of their wonderful reputation. Jeff worked with me to find an amazing setting that was perfect for me! I trusted him with my diamond and the finished product was absolutely beautiful!! 8 years later, I broke one of the prongs (was rough with my ring, completely my fault).
