It’s extremely unfortunate that I had not 1 but 2 awful experiences with the same representative of this company in one week. Jeff Kroll you are truly the worse I have ever seen in the home business. As a long time customer service leader and I am appalled by your responses and attitude. Not only did you disrespect a future income stream for yourself and clients you have affected the results many others will think of you. There are two types or surveys I take outstanding customer service and AWFUL! You were AWFUL, TERRIBLE, RUDE, I hope to all of you home owners looking for a “ professionals”

Been trying to get hold of this company since last week about a property we are interested in renting. Guess they don't care to rent the property for the owners. Too bad. It's likely we dodged a bullet if they can't even return texts or phone calls...
Now, a week later, he finally responds and the property we said we were interested renting the night we toured it (we were the first to tour it) has been rented. What a piece of garbage this man is. What a bad representation for this company.

We worked with Jeff to sell our Parker property in 2017. The transaction took longer than we anticipated, but ended very well with all parties happy.
Kudos to Jeff for being the voice of calm and reason (I was not necessarily those things...), and I do think the transaction was better for his efforsts and involvement.
If I had another property in the area (buy or sell), I'd look to Jeff first. Great guy!
