Kim was OUTSTANDING to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers with a limited budget but big dreams and she helped us find our dream home! With the crazy unpredictable market and the onset of the pandemic, our housing search took way longer than we originally expected but Kim never gave up and worked so hard to find us the perfect home!

Kim has been an AMAZING realtor and I now consider her a friend. She answered quickly when we called and said we planned to move to Colorado in 3 weeks, she recommended a great lender, she knew the area really well and what would fit best for our family of 5, she was available at any moment for all of our questions, and she was reassuring when things got a little stressful during the closing process. I felt very comfortable having her as our realtor and I highly recommend her.
