Beginning in 1989, delivery was the primary focus of the company. The business flourished, and was able to grow rapidly not through advertisement, but through the positive recommendations from its large base of satisfied customers. In 1991, Hot Shot Services (HSS) was awarded its first warehouse account, expanding its then current portfolio of services and paving the way to continued growth.
HSS provides warehouse, logistics, inventory management, delivery, courier, distribution and storage services throughout the nation. Hot Shot Services has been a proud volunteer and sponsor of New Mexico BioPark's 'Run for the Zoo' event since 1996. Our team of volunteers starts their day early to assist with getting the necessary signage displayed throughout the runners course and to help manage the beverage and snack tables. HSS also provides secure storage to those participating in the race, ensuring that their valuables are kept safe during the event.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Rudest staff ever. Very unprofessional. No one knows what they’re doing. Very slow. They waste your time and refuse to unload unless it’s convenient for them. Manager or owner (some old dude) cusses at everyone. Shut this place down. And other businesses just end your contracts with them unless you want lots of problems.

I was expecting a package from Staples. The order tracking said it was loaded onto the hot shots truck at 7:39 am, and it is now 5:10 pm and no delivery in sight. Called the office twice and they said "we are busy today." They can't locate my order, and the only response is "we'll look into it." Totally dissatisfied.

There 3-4 months ago and they couldn't even stack the pallets correctly. Since you have to prepay first they said no refunds, but what brings me to this today is after all these months they decided to charge me again since I paid debit. And haven't been back to them ou in the area. Now none can explain why my account was debited.
Bad business. Poor phone service. None knows anything or can help and this is there so called corporate office.
Do yourself a favor and save the headaches and hassle.
