Thanks Gogo Customs Brokerage for my first experience in importing goods. Esther, the agent is professional and knowledgeable about custom brokerage. My case was a little complicated since my destination is a truck restricted route . Esther was be able to draw out ways to have my goods to be delivery on time with no hassle. She is also good with updating my shipment status which is very important to me. I will work with Esther or this company again in the future. Highly recommend!

There's no rating low enough for this corrupt and useless brokerage firm. this is the type of shady brokerage firm that can literally ruin any small import/export business. in our many years of doing imports, we have never had any issue at the border, but our container filed by gogo customs was detained at the border and went through 2 types of exams before its release 4 days after its original scheduled date. Esther, the agent from gogo customs handling our case, could not be less helpful and didn't provide any useful information, instead, she gave us the contact info of the customs and told us
