When you walk in you immediately feel welcomed. You are greeted with a genuine smile and pleasant demeanor. The shop is ascetically pleasing. When in for a repair on my chain super friendly and they did the work super quick that I thought she went to the back to ask about it and came back with it repaired and clean and while waiting for her I was looking around at all their beautiful jewelry that made me want to spend more very satisfied with this place
