Always enjoyed the food but was pretty disappointed last night in the atmosphere. Not sure when they decided to eliminate tablecloths on tables for dinner but it really cheapens the experience. No bread offered, no specials recommended. The food was still good but not overly impressed. I likely won’t be back for awhile.

This was the worst so called Italian food I have ever had! Crab cakes tasted like bad salmon patties, bruschetta was more like chunky ragu on French bread pizza with a bit of cheese. manicotti were cold in the middle and the meat sauce was greasy all of it was flavorless. The smell of garlic in the air was fabulous BUT when my food came seems like the garlic had been used as a room freshener instead of being used in my food. Host ignored me whenni asked to speak to manager. Just know it was my surprise birthlday lunch and it was ruined big time I can say the ice tea and bread and butter were pretty

I had the most horrible indescribable experience with one of the staff members there. I wish so badly I got her name, she looked pretty young, white, with brown hair. She was so incredibly rude to a birthday dinner I attended, she gave us no water, no utensils for some of us AFTER WE ASKED, and was rolling her eyes the whole night. Me and my boyfriend came in like 5 minutes late to our party and that threw her over the edge and she asked us in a very rude manner if we were going to eat as if we came to a dinner party and didn’t plan on eating.. when it came time to the bill she got so frustrated

Great Italian food. But lousy follow thru with take-out orders. Do utensils have to be requested? I arrived back at my hotel, opened the containers, and no fork, no knife, no napkins.

I love Uricchio's and have for years. The restaurant is small, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in every other aspect. The food is amazing, probably the best Italian food in Bakersfield. They are family-friendly, and even pet-friendly on the patio. Although the restaurant can get pretty packed and a little noisy during peak hours, don't let that dissuade you from making your reservations. They are well worth a visit.

Best place in town for Italian food! My husband and I go here for ALL our special celebrations! We only sit in Penelope's section because she is the best server in town HANDS DOWN!!! 😀😀😀 She is always smiling, attentive and makes sure you get exactly what you want. Even if it's not on the menu, they will try their hardest to make it for you!
