Just finished a case with Hughey Law Firm. Case handled by Brad Banya's. I am very dissatisfied with the way he handled things. The office staff turned out to be unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone else. I was treated very poorly and lied to throughout the whole process. I'm just glad that it's over. If I could give them zero stars that's what they would get from me.

Although a difficult decision Mom was put in an assisted living facility with memory care in 2017. When she was admitted she was getting around well by herself with a walker. She never walked again and passed away in 2019. My wife and I visited her every day. She developed bed sores on both heals and her back after being in the facility only about 5 days. Even though the facility had a resident doctor, the wounds went untreated until hospice came in to render treatment. The wounds continued to get worse despite the treatment.
