At Valley Acupuncture, we address the overall functional health and well-being of our patients. Infertility can be frustrating at best and heart-breaking at worst. Our fertility patients are typically young women who need a little help getting pregnant; either via stress reduction or balancing hormones. We also have patients who are worried about their pregnancy. They need a good ear, the wisdom that a life experience brings, as well as the systemic calm that acupuncture has on the nervous system.
With Perimenopause can come a whole host of symptoms and Acupuncture can help. If you suffer from hip pain as I did, go see Nancy. Living in the Folsom area, I visit Nancy for help with neck and shoulder pain from old injury and too much time at the computer, and maintenance for hip pain.
I say 'maintenance' because when I lived in San Jose, I suffered for yeas with hip pain. I tried every possible way to deal with it. Nothing worked...Rx, MD, over the counter. Then I found Nancy. Wow! Within months the pain was totally gone.
Also,If you are like me and think: ouch! needles, don't worry. On my first visit I asked: "When are you going to stick me?"

Worked for my husband....
Since high school my husband has been dealing with neck and knee pain from football injuries. He's tried so many different options to alleviate pain and inflammation, but was still experiencing pain. I friend suggested visiting an acupuncturist she loved that just opened in Fair Oaks. I was so glad I listened to her recommendation. I insisted my husband give it a try even though he was super hesitant.
