This was our first time selling a house, and our experience with Shannon Rollings made the whole process much easier than we anticipated. The team approach helped us get answers to our questions virtually immediately, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and guided us through the preparations and paperwork. They listed our house widely, created a video and brochure, and had a truck to help us move.

We used Shannon Rollings Realty and closed on a house about 2 weeks ago. I will not use them again and have told everyone I know to have no dealings with them. Everything was fine until it was time to close. I was passed around by the closing team and not once did they reach out to me first. I asked them multiple times if the seller could negotiate leaving the washer/drier, and patio furniture since the owner was moving in with her daughter. I met the owner 2 days before closing, she said it was never mentioned so they "got rid if it". They lied to me more than once, told me the jacuzzi tub was
