Great rental property manager. Always quick to send someone out for repairs and great with follow ups as well. When we received military orders to move out of state, the process was handled quick and efficiently. We even got our full deposit back, which absolutely never happens no matter how much you clean! If we ever find our way back to Augusta we will definitely rent through Auben again.

Renewed a lease here because it was close to my job. But please don't lease with them. Being homeless is almost a better option. They don't respond to maintenance requests and try to push every little cost to you without taking care of any responsibilities a landlord/realtor should take care of. Please comment here if you have any questions about this place but please believe me when I tell you that these are the worst people to lease from. Please save your money and yourself and find somewhere else to live.

Auben realty is full of a bunch of greedy scammers. After I moved out, they sent me an email saying I had 48 hours to clean the house. This email was sent right at the time they closed. I went over to the house immediately and deep cleaned it, and hired landscapers. I left the house spotless and took videos. They didn’t even go check the house and took my security deposit plus another $1250, for charges of things before the 48 hours they gave me. I have been emailing them all month to get this sorted out, Courtney Wilson has accused me of breaking in and doing it after the 48 hours. Saying because

I'm not one to leave reviews or complain at all but this experience was so horrible that i figured i'd put this out there so people will consider using another company and AVOID THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! where to begin.. lets start with Bryan Hayes.. if he still even works there. Bryan is the worst and I absolutely do not recommend him to anyone. Bryan does not work for you, he works against you. Do not expect Bryan to communicate anything with you, and do not expect him to answer any phone calls or texts in a timely manner. We were made aware of an advanced mold infestation after living on the property for TWO YEARS.
We are set to move out within the next upcoming months and since being made aware of the mold problem, they sent technicians to our home under the instruction of tearing up flooring in over half of the house with NO ADVANCED WARNING, they arranged for a new washer dryer unit to be installed (which took over two weeks due to the fact that they did not equip the delivery with installation tools.) only to have the same BRAND NEW washer dryer unit removed in less than 48 hours so it can sit in our living

The staff at Auben are very nice but that is where the positives of this company stop.
Their properties on Conifer are poorly managed. For example, tenants are responsible for their own pest control, even when they have American roaches coming through the ceiling fans.
They do a poor job of maintaining the landscape as well. From February-June, my lawn was not cut once. If you're familiar with the Conifer properties, you know there's a lot of nature in the area. Not cutting the grass does not make for a fun time when you are afraid of bugs like roaches.

I have worked with Auben Realty, Jason in particular, to manage a multi-unit property that was run-down and needed new tenants. Given their strong connections with contractors, they were able to get the needed work done at prices far below what I could find, they quickly found new tenants, they communicate and deal with issues quickly, and they have a clear online portal. They have saved me a huge amount of time, reduced headaches, and saved money managing this property. The tenants are happy with their responsiveness too. Strongest endorsement on property management.
