BEWARE!! EXTREMELY HIGH PRICED. Accidentally drove onto grass and my van sunk into the ground just enough to not be able to move. Called them for a winch. Took a few minutes to hook it up and pull it out. This has happened before and it is most always $75 or $100 with other towers. Tri power charged over $200!! I should have asked before they did the work. Would have found another tow company.

Amazing company amazing service! We were driving on I70 east and felt a horrible rumbling and grinding sound almost lost control by grace made it to the side. Called one towing company that sounded like I was an inconvenience. Got ahold of Tri Power and no questions “we will be there” number one priority was our safety. They took every precaution to not cause any more damage. All I can say is Wow! This is a true lesson in customer service!! He took us to an amazing shop that was open late.And made sure we were safe at the hotel. My faith in humanity is restored!!

I will not use this wrecker service again and I’m currently in the talks with my lawyer about filing a lawsuit against them for violating ada rights. Despite what people think and might say. I have a legal service animal that the driver and owner refused to stay with me. A service animal has the right to go where ever the owner goes public or not. And the driver was worried about following the rules but Rich drove from Oakwood Illinois to Effingham almost 2 hours with no seatbelt. So do we just just rules to follow. Rich said I couldn’t file a lawsuit wait till he sees that he is being named

The operator and the equipment were excellent in their towing of our RV Coach. They arrived with the right equipment and loaded our Roadtrek on the Flat Bed with such knowledge &perfection! .3 mile later they parked us with ease and reminded us they could do long distance towing as well. We really appreciated their service and want you to rely on them with assurance!

Called this company via Triple A to unlock keys in my car that had gotten locked in, they made us wait an entire hour (15 minutes past the time frame they gave us) no apologies or explanations on why the driver… was late and he didnt even talk or acknowledge us. It should not take that long to simply drive across town. Very unhappy with the horrible costumer service and wish we would have walked across town to a hardware store to just do it ourselves.
